The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon Program  Support Program 2026 – 2028

Logo of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, featuring three teepees and waves, with the year 1855 noted below.

The local branch of the Warm Springs Tribe (CTWS) fisheries program operates  out of their offices in John Day and Prairie Ciy. They partner with local SWCDs  and Watershed Council to provide program support and to provide funding for  projects that align with their programmatic goals. CTWS is an important partner  for conservation projects within the Monument SWCD, providing funds for  project development and implementation, as well as assistance for permitting and  environmental clearances. They provide funding for local noxious weed control  on private property across the District.
