This action is explained in the document linked to the SIA Overview button. The program initiated with SB 1010. We remain a non regulatory agency. Land review and recommended actions as a result of the SIA program will be initiated through the Oregon Department of Agriculture. We remain committed to assisting landowners as we have since 1942.
