Critical to all district landowners. The John Day River-North & Middle Forks are scheduled for the SIA implementation program in 2021.  This action is explained in the document linked to the SIA Overview button.   The program initiated with SB 1010.  We remain a non regulatory agency.  Land review and recommended actions as a result of the SIA program will be initiated through the Oregon Department of Agriculture.  We remain committed to assisting landowners as we have since 1942.
